Ellicott Development Co. is reviewing options for the former Cantalician Center for Learning property in Eggertsville.

“More than likely, it will be some form of combination between office and residential,” said William Paladino, Ellicott Development president and CEO.

The company paid $700,000 for the 63,000-square-foot building on 4.1 acres on Eggert Road.

The Cantalician Center put the property on the market two years ago. Several entities looked at the property before Ellicott put it under contract in June, said Anthony D’Auria of Waterbourne Real Estate Advisors. He brokered the deal with business partner James Carminetti.
