Ellicott Development is seeking approvals for nine new townhouses at its Waterfront Place development. The new construction will be companions to the existing five townhouses in the project and will be one less than originally proposed for the site.
The new units will be smaller and have different yet similar elevations than the existing units constructed by Ellicott back in 2008-2009. Four units ranging from 2,325 sq.ft. to 2,782 sq.ft. were sold for between $459,000 and $559,000. A fifth unit at 13 Ojibwa, with 3,000 sq.ft. of living space and an asking price of $685,000, is apparently now under contract and is no longer on MLS.
Ellicott Development officials told the Waterfront Village Association that two of the townhouses will be under construction this spring and the remainder will be constructed as the market demands.
In the tower, 43 of the 49 units have closed with prices ranging from $344,000 to $1.322 million. The six remaining units are all on the building’s first four floors but only three remain on MLS. The three listed units are all on the first floor and are priced from $348,900 to $411,500.
