The existing single-store building with drive-thru and surface parking at the northeast corner of Elmwood Avenue and W Utica Street will soon be redeveloped, bringing Starbucks to this popular intersection on the Elmwood Village strip.

Designed by TRM Architects, the renovations will include an updated exterior façade, an expansive and partially covered outdoor patio space, attractive and expanded landscaping along with an artist mural installation along the onsite parking area.
