Ellicott Development has just released new pictures of some of our newest apartment buildings on our social media and website. These beautiful photos highlight the apartments and help provide a visual for prospective tenants. Both buildings have been converted and modernized from former uses into beautifully redesigned mixed-use properties.
Photos of 960 Busti were recently featured on our Facebook page and can be seen here. This property was formerly a service building used by the Buffalo General Electric Company, last used in 1995. The old warehouse sat vacant and unused for 20 years before Ellicott Development purchased it. The space will soon be used for residential and commercial purposes, but our new photos focus exclusively on the residences. The photos give just a small preview of the magnificent views available from the apartments of the Niagara River and the Peace Bridge. A glance out of the windows at 960 Busti might just take your breath away!
View new photos of our 1350 Eggert Road property on our website here. The apartments at 1350 Eggert are officially available for lease. They are completely unique and extremely interesting, perfect for anyone interested in a different space. Units are housed in the former Eggert Road Elementary school, a detail that is reflected in the design of the space. The apartment units use materials from what were previously classrooms, such as the chalkboard which can be seen in the photos on our website. Units also each have designer schoolhouse themed lighting.
