If you haven’t taken the time recently to check out Ellicott Development’s “Current Project” section on www.EllicottDevelopment.com, there are some interesting and up-to-date additions that have just been added to the page. Six new current projects have been listed to give a little more insight on some of what Ellicott Development is presently working on.
Symphony Circle Active Living – An upscale, Senior Independent Living community located at 291 North Street will soon replace the existing former Nazareth Home. Plans for 119 senior apartments are currently underway.
1091 Main Street – Located at the northeast corner of St. Paul and Main Street directly south of the former Our Lady Lourdes church, 1091 Main Street will include 167,000 square feet of retail and office space upon completion.
722 West Delavan – The former Frederick Law Olmstead School #56 is currently undergoing a renovation to bring a mix of uses, including residential and commercial space, into the building.
270 Michigan – In early 2017, the six-story existing building will be converted into a mix of residential and commercial space located in the Seneca Street corridor.
1050 Niagara – Adjacent to Ellicott Development’s recently completed project at 1088 Niagara, this site will soon contain both residential and commercial space available for lease to bring the vacant building back to life.
192 Seneca – Also set in the Niagara Street corridor, this formerly vacant property will soon be transformed into market-rate apartments and an abundance of available commercial space.
These new current project listings join 500 Pearl and 905 Elmwood in Buffalo, and Center & 8th Street in Lewiston which have all been recently updated to reflect the most current information available on these sites.
