Ellicott Development Co. is seeking to rehabilitate an old existing building at 66 Best St. into a new medical office building for a chiropractor.
The developer has filed for a variance from the Zoning Board of Appeals for the $500,000 project, which is near the Buffalo Niagara Medical Campus. The single-story building, constructed in 1938, is about 4,410 square feet in size.
