Mark Croce's purchase and investment in the Statler and Rocco Termini's ongoing work at the Hotel Lafayette are significant in themselves. To have both properties rescued from an uncertain future, at the same time, is great news for the city.

Kaleida Health is planning to move its Family Planning Center into the Squier Mansion at 1313 Main Street from its current location at 1001 Humboldt Parkway. Many will remember the mansion was a demolition candidate not long ago. In fact, demolition actually began before a stop order was approved. Tops Market one step closer
SYRACUSE, N.Y. -- Tops Supermarkets is a step closer to opening a store on the south side of Syracuse early next year. If approved, the proposed store will be located in Valley Plaza on South Salina Street.
Tuesday, members of the Syracuse Industrial Development Agency approved the re-allocation of $275,000 in state funding. The re-allocation needs approval by the state and a public hearing will be scheduled next month.
