Work is underway at Ellicott Development’s mixed use project located at 301 Ohio Street. The silhouette of the building is now visible, comprised of steel frame and the formations of distinguishing branding monoliths.
Phase 1 of the project calls for 21 apartment units on the upper three floors, two restaurants on the first floor, and 10,000 square feet of commercial space on the second floor. Building amenities boast boat slips, a recreational area and a sand volleyball court. The exterior materials used to clad the building are concrete paneling and Corten weathered steel cladding.
301 Ohio Street is one of a number of project springing up along Ohio Street. The development joins the Waterfront Lodge currently underway at River Fest Park, the Patrick Paladino Memorial Boathouse (coming soon), and Savarino’s Buffalo River Landing (the site has been cleared).
