The new building underway at 905 Elmwood is taking shape with a modified design from when it was first unveiled in 2014. The four-story building is replacing a former gas station at the southeast corner of Elmwood and W. Delavan Avenue.

Ellicott Development is partnering with Local Boys Restaurant Group to construct the building. Local Boys Restaurant Group partners Billy Paladino, Henry Gorino, and Chuck Mauro will be opening a restaurant in the building that will include a 1,200 sq.ft. indoor/outdoor dining space on the second floor. Twenty-one apartments will fill the balance of the building.
Kideney Architects designed the project and Concept Construction is the general contractor.
