Yesterday afternoon we broke ground on our 4.1 acre mixed use site along Onondaga Street, Eighth Street and Center Street within the town of Lewiston, NY. Amongst the crowd was our CEO, Bill Paladino. The plans call for 3 buildings. Each 2-story building will include options such as Retail + Office Space, Restaurant with Drive-Thru, 2 floor Restaurant, 13 two-bedroom rental units and 150+ parking spaces.
