Announced Monday March 12, 2018; Tom Molenda has joined the Company to further develop their growing Hotel division as Director of Hotel Operations and will oversee all of Ellicott Developments Hotels. Tom Molenda comes with a wealth of experience, having spent the last 33 years in the hospitality industry with experience in both hotels and restaurants. Prior to joining the team Tom spent the past 10 year as General Manager at various Buffalo hotels. Most recently Aloft Hotel – Buffalo Airport, specializing in providing the best trained associates to ensure operations were at peak performances with a focus on a clean, safe, friendly and memorable hospitality experience for guests.
