Recent Ellicott Development Acquisitions

Ellicott Development has recently made a quite a few real estate purchases. Following the acquisition of the $2.17 million Ganson Street property, Ellicott has since bought 207 W. Huron Street and 451 Elmwood Avenue as well.

207 W. Huron Street is soon to be the former Pooley Inc. building. This property was technically purchased by Ellicott Development’s 8112 Group LLC for $300,000. Although the building eventually will be repurposed for something that has yet to be decided, Pooley will be leasing the property for now until the renovations at their new facility on Vulcan Street are complete. “The bottom line is that this is a good buy for a building in a good location,” Ellicott Development CEO William Paladino has stated.

Some of our current projects include the construction of mixed use buildings at 1350 Eggert Road, 1 Delaware Road, 905 Elmwood Avenue, 1088 Niagara Street, and 960 Busti.

Another mixed use property, 301 Ohio Street, is one of our most popular current projects. This property will house apartments (21 in one and two bedroom configurations) and commercial space (10,000 square feet). 301 Ohio will also hold two restaurants on the first floor. This building will be an exciting neighbor for the popular RiverWorks entertainment destination. Fans of RiverWorks will be glad to know that Ellicott Development wants to increase the entertainment available by the water by offering a recreational area including outdoor volleyball courts as well as boat slips adjacent to the north side of the property.
