Building Summary
5226 Main St is located along the north side of Main Street, just east of Main Street and N Forest Rd intersection. The site is currently comprised of two 2-story buildings, a barn, and a garage. Designed by Carmina Wood, future plans include the construction of a 4-story mixed-use building totaling approximately 45k gross sq ft with 9,870 sq ft of 1st Floor commercial space and 30 market-rate apartments on the upper floors. The project includes a workforce housing component consisting of 20% of the apartments at under-market rental rates.
The building will include a rooftop amenity space for the tenants and their guests. Various site improvements will include onsite parking, bike racks, greenspace and a pedestrian pathway from Main Street to the Tops Plaza which is located adjacent to the north.
